As an avid CBD user, I know most CBD products should be taken consistently around the same time of day, every day for seven or more days before you begin to see a difference (if any). However, sometimes it’s what you don’t notice that tells you your body might be benefiting from taking it.
In my case, I’ve been having trouble with insomnia for the last six to seven months, adding a few pharmaceuticals to the mix to help me fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. But unfortunately, many of these meds haven’t kept me asleep.
After day eight of taking Green Roads’ softgel daily, I noticed I wasn’t waking up as frequently in conjunction with my prescribed sleeping medication.
I can’t say whether the softgels are helping me sleep better, but since I haven’t added anything else into my sleep routine, Green Roads’ softgels may be helping me sleep better now. This makes me interested in trying some of their other products, especially their sleep line. For now, I’ll start testing out what two softgels, or 50mg of CBD, per night does for my sleep.
I should mention that CBD has not been approved by the FDA for any medical condition, except for Epidiolex. Epidiolex is approved for use in conjunction with treatment-resistant seizures. So, just because one person experiences something with CBD, as I did with my sleep, doesn’t necessarily mean you will.
